The directory is not a governing council, enrollment authority, recognition agency, or substitute for any Nation’s official website. Where source materials are available, entries should direct visitors to the appropriate original issuer or official public resource.

Visibility does not equal affiliation. A Nation may be referenced for historical, cultural, geographic, or research purposes without becoming a member, partner, or participant in the Indigenous Nation of Onegodia™ or its website.

The directory does not authorize the Indigenous Nation of Onegodia™, IndigenousNations.org, or its administrators to speak for, negotiate on behalf of, certify the status of, or govern another Nation without separate express authorization.
Inclusion in the directory does not itself establish endorsement, partnership, affiliation, governmental recognition, territorial jurisdiction, or any change in legal status.

Does appearing in the directory mean a Nation joined INO?
No. An informational listing does not establish affiliation, membership, representation, or a formal relationship with the Indigenous Nation of Onegodia™.
Is IndigenousNations.org a tribal recognition authority?
No. The website does not grant or determine federal or state tribal recognition.
Can a Nation request a correction to its profile?
Yes. Representatives can contact the portal to identify inaccurate information, submit supporting documentation, or raise concerns regarding attribution and publication.
Does the directory determine citizenship or tribal enrollment?
No. Each Nation or Tribe determines its own membership or citizenship under its applicable governing rules. The portal does not administer another Nation’s enrollment.
Are all listed organizations legally equivalent?
No. Indigenous Nations and organizations can have different histories, institutional structures, and legal recognition statuses. The directory should not imply that all entries share the same legal status.
