Connecting Indigenous Nations
A digital infrastructure designed to support Indigenous nations in documenting their history,
strengthening cultural continuity, and building institutional presence for future generations.
Overview
The Indigenous Nations Network is a digital platform created to support Indigenous communities in preserving their history, documenting cultural knowledge, and strengthening communication among tribal nations.
The network provides a shared infrastructure where Indigenous nations can establish their own presence online while maintaining control over their identity, documentation, and community initiatives.
This initiative recognizes that many Indigenous communities possess deep historical knowledge but lack accessible digital platforms to preserve and present that knowledge in a structured and enduring way.

How the Network Works
Each participating nation receives its own digital space within the network.
These spaces allow communities to document their history, share cultural knowledge, and communicate with members and future generations.
Nation Landing Page
Each nation may create a dedicated page that presents its history, cultural traditions, and community information.
Subdomain Site
Participating nations may receive a subdomain such as:
quinnitukqut.indigenousnations.org
allowing each nation to expand into its own full website if desired.
Archival Documentation
Communities may store documents, historical records, and cultural resources to ensure they remain accessible to future generations.
Why This Network Matters
Many Indigenous nations carry rich histories and traditions that have been preserved through oral knowledge and community memory.
However, modern digital infrastructure often fails to reflect the diversity and depth of Indigenous cultural knowledge.
The Indigenous Nations Network aims to create a space where nations can document their stories in their own voice and preserve that knowledge for future generations.
